Do you have questions about the Covid-19 vaccines? Lambeth Council wants to answer them at this online event on 22 March 2021. The event is aimed at members of our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.

Are you missing out on free childcare?

Some families with two-year olds and all families with three and four-year olds can claim up to 15 hours a week of free registered childcare. Many working parents of three and four-year olds can claim up to 30 hours of free childcare each week.

Lambeth’s Pollinator Action Plan: Lambeth Council consultation

Lambeth Council has drafted a Pollinator Action Plan to help implement the Government’s Pollinator Strategy within the borough and to demonstrate the Council’s commitment to helping wild pollinators such as bees, moths and butterflies. The Education team at Lambeth Council wrote to all parents giving them the details of the LFD testing centres, but since then the government has said that LFD devices can be collected from selected test centres.

Lambeth Council takes over local test and trace

Lambeth Council has become the first London borough to bring all Covid-19 contact tracing inhouse in a new pilot scheme launched this week. The council has recruited and trained new teams of tracers to work with residents to quickly and effectively track contacts who may have been exposed to the virus.
