Today we focus on the London Wildlife Trust
Protecting London’s Wildlife
The Great North Wood Festival, 7-13 Dec

'London’s wildlife is under real threat, and we need to act now. London Wildlife Trust is a driving force for nature conservation across the capital. With our dedicated supporters and volunteers, we work tirelessly to protect wildlife across London. We take action every day to help wildlife flourish through practical conservation work; we engage, inspire and enable people to connect with nature; and through campaigns and consultancy we give wildlife a voice. We can’t do any of this without our members and volunteers, who help make sure that nature can thrive across London, now and in the future.'

We are extremely pleased to be linking up with the London Wildlife Trust and their upcoming festival about the Great North Wood.
As part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Great North Wood project London Wildlife Trust will be delivering a week of activities both online and on site between Monday 7 December – Sunday 13 December. A virtual celebration of the Great North Wood, with an activity for everyone, will include talks and film screenings, craft workshops, woodland yoga, a virtual walk, nature writing and spoken word workshops and a baking workshop - all taking place online.
