Fruition Preserves

Wendy runs a small home-based artisan preserving business (Fruition Preserves) here in West Norwood. Her passion is for fresh seasonal local ingredients, traditional preserving methods and incredible flavour. I love to source fruit, whenever possible, from farms in North Kent and Sussex and increasingly from local gardens and allotments. She specialise in low sugar compotes, ketchups and granola and traditional marmalades, as well as our locally famous limited-edition Xmas goodies including a light fruity boozy Xmas pudding, cranberry sauce, fig relish and quince jelly. Fruition is a truly local business: sourcing locally, cooking locally and selling locally.

Wendy has produced a cooking demo video for the festival making crab apple jelly from foraged fruit. Following the video, Wendy will be taking part in a Q&A on Facebook. Details on how to take part will be posted here well in advance.
