News

Kingswood House is just over the borough boundary in Southwark a short walk from Gipsy Hill town centre. Southwark Council is conducting a survey on its future use. The Council suggests the building has the potential to host a broader mix of uses including workspaces and other activities such as business spaces to generate income to help support the running costs of the House.

We have just noticed that Lambeth council is running a survey on revising its customer service standards as part of the preparation for the return from lockdown.

Respected publishers Simon & Schuster are to offer local novelists a unique chance to fast-track publication of an e-book as part of the May/June 2021 Lambeth Libraries’ Readers and Writers Literary Festival.

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
