Your community needs you! Whether you’re passionate about sustainability, the arts, communications, politics, the built environment, community engagement or supporting young people, there’s a place for you at Norwood Forum.
We're inviting local residents to come along to our Annual Community Round Up - a relaxed, friendly event where you can meet the team, learn more about what we do and find out how to get involved.
When: Saturday 6 September 2025, 2pm - 4.30pm
Where: The Old Library, 14–16 Knights Hill, West Norwood, London SE27 0HY
Do you have green fingers? A gift for spreadsheets? Curious about the latest health and wellbeing projects in the area? Whether you’ve got a few hours a month or time to spare more regularly, your skills and ideas could help move local projects forward and strengthen our community.
Why volunteer with Norwood Forum?
Volunteering with Norwood Forum is a great opportunity to:
- Learn new skills or build on existing ones (e.g. social media, event organising, writing, website management, public speaking)
- Meet like-minded people in your area
- Support meaningful community-led projects
- Help shape the future of Norwood.
Whether you’re completely new to volunteering, or have years of experience - we want to hear from you. Your fresh ideas and perspectives are what help us grow and stay relevant.
What does this look like?
The Forum is run by local volunteers who are elected annually. Now is your chance to get involved - however much time you might have.
