Passengers travelling on the Better Bus Southwark corridor are being invited to share their experiences through a new anonymous feedback form.

The Better Bus Southwark partnership between Southwark Council and Transport for London aims to improve bus journey times, passenger experience and road safety on the route from London Bridge, via Elephant and Castle and Camberwell, to Lordship Lane.

Following an earlier survey on bus travel, the partnership has now launched an ongoing feedback form so passengers can report their journeys in real time – whether positive, negative or somewhere in between. Responses will help track how people's experiences change over time, and passengers can submit feedback as often as they like.
