Thriving Norwood and Integrate invite anyone involved in charities, social enterprises or community groups to Mentoring Matters - a lively, informal event designed to connect local changemakers through mentoring.

Mentoring Matters is your chance to:

• Connect with others doing similar work in our community
• Share your knowledge and experience - or ask for guidance
• Grow your confidence, ideas, and support network

This is an opportunity for both new and experienced organisations and VCSE people to exchange knowledge, connections and practical insights. Mentors gain leadership experience and mentees gain invaluable guidance. Win win! AND, you can be BOTH a mentor and mentee.

The event features a welcome talk hosted by Rita from Integrate, guest speaker Caspar Kennerdale, from ClearCommunityWeb, speed networking and group reflection.
