Lambeth Council is running a survey for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It is aimed at children and young people aged 8 to 25, however they welcome responses from younger children too.

The Council wants to make sure that children and young people with SEND get all the help they need, and hope to get responses on the help provided with learning, health and planning for the future.
