Get creative with clay in this five-week pottery course at Portico.

Learn a range of hand-building techniques, including pinching, coiling and slab building, as well as decorative techniques such as coloured slips, wax resist, Mishima and sgraffito.

Whether you have lots of ideas or are not sure where to start, you’ll be supported to create work that’s personal to you. Guided projects are available, while there’s also plenty of opportunity to explore your own designs and creative interests.
