Lambeth Council advise that household and estate Christmas Tree collections began on 2 January and will be collected on your rubbish and recycling collection day, up until 15 January. Once collected they will be turned into compost. You can also book a slot to drop your tree off for recycling at Vale Street or Smugglers Way. Find out more.

Please do not put out your Xmas tree other than for your normal collection day as they will not be collected and will cause unnecessary obstruction.
Lambeth may not be able to collect your tree on their first visit - if that is the case for you, please remove it from the pavement (dont leave it to get in everyones way - not least buggies, wheelchairs and everyone else), and put it out again the following week.
