In recognition of the barriers faced by individuals with protected characteristics in the workplace, the Museums Association is offering 200 fully-funded memberships (worth £52 each) to individuals who face barriers due to:

• Ethnicity
• Disability
• Socio-economic background*
• Gender identity or sexual orientation (LGBTQ+) 

*Socio-economic background in this context does not refer to your current financial situation. You may have faced barriers due to your socio-economic background if, for example, you received free school meals, received income support while at school or your parents did not have a university degree.
