Coronavirus and your family

Online meeting organised by Lambeth Council and chaired by Councillor Ed Davie, Cabinet Member for Children & Young People:

"Dear fellow Lambeth resident,

As a parent of Lambeth primary and secondary school children myself I know that many local families are having to adapt and adjust to life during this pandemic. New challenges - such as educating children at home, protecting yourself against the virus, and thinking about more children returning to physical school - are affecting us all.

During this time of uncertainty, we understand you may have questions about coronavirus and its impact on your family. For this reason, Lambeth Council is hosting a special online live question and answer event for families tomorrow, Thursday 28 May from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

I’ll be joined by Merlin Joseph, Strategic Director of Children’s Services, Ruth Hutt, Director for Public Health and Richard Davis, Lambeth’s Community Co-ordinator from Integrate, which represents the borough’s voluntary and community sector.

What's important to you?

We're also running an online poll to listen to parents, schools, unions which you can complete here. We will be using the data from the poll to invite more panel members who can answer your questions.

Please register and save the event via Eventbrite where you’ll find details of the online link to join the session.

We look forward to seeing you and taking your questions."
