Demonstration outside West Norwood Library - 4th February

A demonstration is being organised by a number of local groups and individuals in order to make the Council aware of how important the library is to the local community and demand that the library be reinstated on the current site as soon as possible and the Halls be reopened to act as a community hub.

We hope you will join us.

As you may be aware the West Norwood library has now been closed since the middle of last year. Local community groups want to ensure that that the library is reopened and put back into use.

Saturday 4th February is National Library Day and a demonstration has been arranged for 2pm outside the library.

Please show your support by coming along. You are welcome to bring friends, family and placards.

This is an opportunity for the community to show the Council that the library is an important community resource.

We look forward to seeing you there.
