The Forum is run by a Committee which is elected each year. More information about its members can be found here.

The committee holds meetings once a month as well quarterly open meetings which the local community can attend.

Chair
Noshir Patel has lived in Thurlow Park Ward for the last 35 years. He trained originally as a research neuroscientist and subsequently worked as a manager in the NHS. is currently retired and he enjoys living in Norwood and would like to help make it a more lively and thriving community. He is involved in several local groups and amenity societies including the Friends of Brockwell Park.

Sunil de Sayrah lives in Knights Hill ward. He is the Treasurer of the Forum and is also Secretary of the FoWNL. He occasionally helps out with scrub clearance for the FoWNC, setting up on Feast days and is a Snow Warden. Sunil works full time in the finance sector.

Jan Ware Has lived in West Norwood for many years. She enjoys volunteering for various local community groups including the Friends of West Norwood Library and New Leaf.

Emily Georghiou has lived in Thurlow Park ward for many years and enjoys volunteering within her local community, including as Deputy Chair of Trustees at Lambeth & Southwark Mind. She brings her skills from influencing positive change in people's lives, working in the UK Parliament and for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She now works for the charity Age UK, promoting age friendly communities and attitudes, encouraging cross sector partnership working to improve people's lives.
Max Deckers Dowber lives in Thurlow Park ward and enjoys engaging in community action. He has worked as a political consultant, at the Home Office and lectured on issues surrounding international relations and the European Union. He is now a Teacher of Citizenship and volunteers with a local youth educational programme. He likes walking in the many local parks, has recently become a father and enjoys reading.
Clover Williams has lived in West Norwood for over 50 years and been involved in school and youth activities. She currently runs a group for older people which meets on Tuesdays in West Norwood Library for a range of activities and for lunch.
David Walker has lived in West Norwood for four years and in the Streatham area for over ten. He is a Governor and former Chair at Sunnyhill Primary School. He is a Director of an education charity which works to raise the aspirations of 16 to 19-year-old's.
